Instructor Led Training Design
My instructor-led training program design is a structured learning experience where a qualified facilitator guides participants through the material. This program typically includes a mix of, interactive discussions, and hands-on activities, ensuring engagement and knowledge. Participants benefit from real-time feedback and support, allowing them to clarify concepts practice skills in a collaborative environment. Visual aids and course maps may be utilized to enhance understanding and provide a clear outline of the training objectives.
