My blended learning design is an educational approach that combines traditional face-to-face classroom experiences with online learning activities. This method allows students to benefit from the personal interaction of in-person instruction while also taking advantage of the flexibility and resources available through digital platforms. By both formats, blended learning fosters a more engaging and personalized learning environment, catering to diverse learning styles and needs. Overall, my designs aim to enhance the educational experience and improve learning outcomes.

My Leadership Program design is aimed to equip emerging leaders with the essential skills and knowledge to inspire and motivate their teams. Through a combination of interactive workshops, real-world case studies, mentorship opportunities, my leadership designs will develop key qualities such as effective communication, strategic thinking, conflict resolution, and servant leadership. I also design technical training for leaders new to their role, helping them understand the systems and technology they will use in their role.
